Seriously though? Gains on gains on gains! It has officially been 5 weeks since I have worked out my upper body. I have only been working out my legs, heavy weight and cardio. I can tell my quads, hamstrings, and glutes definitely made some progress. Now time to shred up a bit in this next month to get ready for the #edgebooty DVD, I can’t wait! I can also start on upper body now which I am excited for. I agree with many others now… once you stop worrying so much about how your abs look, you will see great progress in other areas. Just trust the process. Thank you to my coaches for being unbelievably awesome!
